SouthEats

SouthEats is a Black-led food justice cooperative providing affordable, locally sourced meals to communities in Washington, D.C. My work supported their mission by refining their digital presence and creating cohesive visual materials that aligned with their community-centered values. On Instagram, I refreshed their brand identity by editing the logo for profile display, establishing custom highlight icons, and revising the bio language for greater clarity and alignment. I also designed weekly menu graphics and infographics to promote the co-op’s meal prep services in a way that was both informative and visually engaging. Beyond the digital realm, I also created custom kitchen labels to support the co-op’s in-house packaging. This work brought together strategy, design, and cultural intention to reflect SouthEats’ commitment to nourishment, accessibility, and local sustainability.
